The dachshund started as a pencil drawing.

The original drawing is rebuilt stitch by stitch for a finished cap. Directional fill gives the coat its shape, while a clean satin outline holds the silhouette across the centre seam.

A buckle made for beach days.

The slider is solid brass, not brass-coloured plated steel. It must remain functional with no red rust after 48 hours of neutral salt spray. Rinse after salt water and dry the cap in the shade; natural patina is expected.

The brass buckle adjusts from 54–62 cm. Measure around your head where the sweatband will sit.
